We are a very busy and engaging HR department looking for an HR Coordinator to join our small but mighty team of four. This role’s main responsibilities include the following: coordinating the onboarding process for future employees; helping current employees with any HR related questions they have – from HR system set-up to FMLA related questions; partnering with home office; and working closely with the HR team to exceed community expectations. Confidentiality and ability to build trust is critical! The position requires at least one year working hands-on in an HR department and the ability to shift priorities as needed. Excellent communication and customer service skills, along with advanced computer and data entry skills, are also required. Ideal teammate will be bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole.
