This role is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and organizing assigned areas, providing direct assistance with room cleaning, supporting common areas, and other projects to ensure a top-notch guest experience.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
At least 1+ year of hospitality experience in housekeeping
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate laundry equipment and tools
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests
Effective prioritization skills
Able to work on demand

Responsibilities

Strip, sort, and treat all linens to achieve cleanliness and freshness expectations.
Ensure beds are prepared to the expected standard with fresh linens.
Support room attendants and the housekeeping team with delivering and organizing supplies/essentials, including delivery to guests as requested.
Ensure the cleanliness of communal areas by dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and addressing other floor treatment needs.
Assist guests with transporting luggage and personal items to and from the room.
Provide onsite guest support, queries, or requests through a high-quality customer service approach.
Work cohesively with guest service, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and other departments to exceed guest expectations and achieve company and departmental goals.
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Ensure the property is always guest-ready.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide regular and reliable attendance.
