Responsibilities
- Clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Ensure quality and deep cleaning for residents' rooms after discharge.
- Prepare rooms for new admissions.
- Enhance safety and sanitary conditions in the facility.
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn as needed.
- Solid communication skills.
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact with residents, vendors, and team members.
