Austin Country Club is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join their night shift hospitality team. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the club, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests and a safe environment for staff. Responsibilities
- Perform an array of cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Conduct light and heavy cleaning tasks such as window washing, furniture polishing, and floor cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness in offices, public spaces, the Clubhouse, Gym, Tennis facilities, Learning Center, and restrooms.
- Empty trash cans and ashtrays regularly to keep the environment pristine.
- Collect, wash, and fold towels after pool use.
- Deliver excellent customer service through a consistently clean and inviting environment.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition.
Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
- 3 months of related work experience or training.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective prioritization and time management skills.
