About the position
Express Employment Professionals is urgently seeking an experienced housekeeper to assist with local long-term rentals. The role involves various housekeeping duties under direction, including moving and setting up furniture, cleaning, and inventory management of leased housing. The position requires a commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently with clients and management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain warehouse and on-hand supplies
- Coordinate and perform the cleaning of occupied and unoccupied apartments
- Assist in the set-up of furniture and housewares in leased units
- Complete initial inventory of furniture and housewares
- Stock applicable supplies in unit
- Perform carpet, furniture, and upholstery cleaning with company equipment
- Complete laundry for the units as required
- Perform apartment turnover cleanings as directed
- Conduct Quality Control inspections
- Comply with and complete client services requests
- Work directly with Reservations Management and Office Management to ensure efficient use of operations resources
- Place key packets and lockboxes on rent-ready units
- Answer guest questions
- Breakdown units as required and perform final walkthrough
Requirements
- 1 year of housekeeping experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to drive own vehicle from cleaning sites
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
