About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that all areas are sanitized, organized, and welcoming for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and other fabrics as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Execute custodial duties in various settings, ensuring all areas meet established cleanliness standards.
• Provide floor care services, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
• Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required by clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly.
• Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in residential and commercial cleaning techniques, including knowledge of effective sanitization practices.
• Experience in custodial work or hotel cleaning environments is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with various cleaning tools and equipment, including carpet cleaners and floor care machinery.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
• A proactive approach to identifying areas that require cleaning or maintenance without direct supervision.
