About the position
The Hotel Night Auditor at Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the hotel's financial records while providing exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight shift. This role involves balancing financial transactions, preparing reports, and assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes.
Responsibilities
- Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Perform security checks throughout the hotel.
- Maintain accurate records of room occupancy and availability.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
