Join the Hilton team as a Housekeeper for a career in hospitality at the brand-new SpringHill Suites, an award-winning Marriott Hotel. This role is essential in ensuring guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay by maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, providing flexibility in work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste materials properly
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Restock supplies such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• 1 year of cleaning experience (preferred)
• Ability to efficiently manage time and resources to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Understanding the importance of providing excellent customer service to hotel guests
• Familiarity with general custodial duties such as cleaning windows, walls, and fixtures
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
• Knowledge of hotel operations and the specific needs of guests in a hospitality setting
