About The Position
The House person is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. Supports the Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms as well as other cleaning duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested.
- Remove items from hallways and transport to designated areas, including debris, room service food and beverage trays, unread newspapers, soiled linens, and trash.
- Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment.
- Assist with for deep cleaning in hotel rooms as well as public spaces (lobby, elevators, hallways, restaurant, banquet space, etc.)
