Responsibilities

• Deliver gracious hospitality and fun brewhouse connection to Guests.
• Welcome Guests with our signature BJ's greeting and genuine smile.
• Maintain a fun, welcoming hospitality and lobby area.
• Maintain accurate seating and dining room wait times using our table management system.
• Build lasting connections with Guests to encourage return visits.

Requirements

• Guest focused enthusiasm.
• At-your-service attitude and enjoy making guests feel warm and welcomed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
