Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited School of Social Work.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an MSW in a hospice setting.
• Strong knowledge of community resources.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
