Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to IPR policies and procedures
- Perform safe transfer techniques and ambulation
- Protect the rights of the client(s), families, and agency
- Ensure compliance with infection control and variance reports
- Maintain knowledge of fire safety, universal precautions, and client safety
- Document client's vital signs
- Promote safe hygiene and grooming techniques as per the Patient Personal Care Plan
- Report clinical observations and changes in the client's condition to the RN and participate in case conferences.
Requirements
- Valid RN License
- Valid CPR Certification
- Experience in patient observation
