About the position

The Hospice Program Director at Suncrest Hospice is responsible for providing overall direction to the hospice clinical team, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations. This role involves hiring qualified personnel, implementing policies, and establishing standards of care while fostering a supportive and effective team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team.
  • Hire qualified hospice personnel and coordinate evaluations.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
  • Review and monitor sales and service performances.
  • Support and sustain a diverse team to achieve objectives and goals.
  • Communicate clearly and maintain effective relationships with team members.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
