About the position

The Executive Director at Angels Care Hospice is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospice team, ensuring that services meet quality standards and align with the organization's philosophy. This role requires a blend of leadership, management, and healthcare expertise to effectively guide the hospice services and support both staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospice team.
• Establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational philosophy.
• Supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Engage with the community in a tactful manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare management.
• Ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Knowledge of corporate business management and hospice care services.
• Intimate knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification.
