Hospice/End-of-Life, Palliative Caregiver (non-medical)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated End-of-Life/Hospice or Palliative Caregiver to provide non-medical support to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Offer respite care to family members and caregivers
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the client
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided and client's condition
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other members of the care team
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
