Responsibilities

  • Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
  • Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
  • Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
  • Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training to recommend pest solutions.
  • Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
  • Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's home and make recommendations based on inspections.
  • Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No experience required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.
