Responsibilities
- Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
- Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as an empathetic problem solver by utilizing in-depth training to recommend innovative pest solutions.
- Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
- Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's home and make recommendations based on inspections.
- Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No experience required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
