About The Position

Tri-Supply operates some of the largest and most comprehensive residential lighting, appliance, hardware, plumbing, window, and door showrooms in Texas. We are expanding our team at our established Conroe, Texas location, which now features a brand-new, state-of-the-art 35,000-square-foot showroom. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialists to join our team in helping customers identify their needs and guide them to the ideal products. This role is ideal for a seasoned retail sales professional with expertise in one or more of these product categories and who enjoys working with homeowners, builders, and designers.

Requirements

Organized and attentive
Continuous learning and self-development with over 30 major lighting brands as well as industry trends.
Willingness to learn how to sell our other product categories (doors and hardware, moldings, appliances, outdoor grills, plumbing, etc.)
High school graduate or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Comfortable working in a large showroom environment
Working knowledge of current brands and trends
Interior design ability helpful
Comfortable working in point-of-sale systems and other business-related software
Great communication skills
2-3 years’ experience in retail lighting sales preferred.
College education or degree a plus
Bi-lingual a plus

Responsibilities

Guide customers to purchase
Ask for the sale while making sure the customer is getting the best fit for their project
Solve problems and provide excellent customer service
Follow up on potential clients ultimately leading to sales
Assist in new home lighting selections
Deal with Builders and their customers, Designers, and Retail Customers
