Part-time - Mid Level
Hybrid - Flint, MI

About the position

This position will cover the Detroit/Flint region, and outlying areas. The role requires a commitment of 30 hours a week, specifically during weekdays and day shifts. The successful candidate must possess strong intravenous (IV) skills, particularly in pediatric IVs. Additionally, the position includes on-call responsibilities with associated pay and holiday rotations, as well as mileage reimbursement for travel from door to door. As a registered nurse with Accredo, a specialty pharmacy division of Evernorth Health Services, you will be responsible for administering intravenous medications to patients in their homes. With over 30 years of experience, Accredo has established itself as a leader in providing dedicated care and services to patients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of your patients by developing meaningful relationships and providing personalized care without the pressure of a rushed environment. You will work independently, making decisions that lead to the best possible outcomes for your patients. This includes taking full ownership of the patient experience, documenting all interactions, and collaborating with pharmacists and Therapeutic Resource Centers (TRC) to ensure that patients' needs are met. Your role will also involve empowering patients to take charge of their health and well-being, while continuously challenging yourself to improve as a nurse. The position requires flexibility, as you may need to work alternate shifts on short notice and be on call for field visits as determined by business needs. If you are working from home, a reliable internet connection is necessary, with specific speed requirements outlined in the job description.
