Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and energize a team of 10-12 sales professionals to exceed aggressive targets and deliver life-changing results for our customers.
• Conduct weekly ride-alongs, hands-on training, and personalized coaching to elevate team performance and close rates.
• Analyze data, implement growth strategies, and consistently hit or exceed revenue goals.
• Roll up your sleeves and get in the field when needed, closing deals, mentoring team members, and demonstrating what excellence looks like.

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales management with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams (home remodeling industry preferred).
• 2+ years of in-home sales experience, preferably in either window, kitchen, or bathroom remodeling.
• Ability to analyze metrics, identify opportunities, and execute strategies that deliver results.
• Comfortable using Salesforce, ADP and other tech tools to manage and track your team's performance.
• A relentless commitment to developing your team, collaborating across departments, and achieving greatness.

• Experience in the home remodeling industry is preferred.

• Base salary of $95,000/year + uncapped commissions.
• On-target earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000+.
