About The Position
Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking passionate Home Health Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join their growing team. The role focuses on pediatric home health, aiming to help children reach their full potential. The company's Intake Team builds caseloads close to the employee's residence to minimize drive time, allowing therapists to concentrate on providing exceptional care and empowering children. Opportunities are available in Cypress, Houston, Katy, Richmond, and Sugar Land.
Requirements
- Active CCC-SLP credential (or CFY eligible) and valid Texas state license.
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology preferred.
- A collaborative, creative clinician comfortable working independently in home settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized speech-language therapy treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Engage pediatric patients with fun, age-appropriate games and activities to promote communication and participation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency standards.
