Alpha Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare 5-Star rated agency that is growing and looking for a PRN Speech Language Therapist for the San Juan Islands. The candidate must live on the islands. Requirements
- Must have a master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology
- Possess a Washington state license
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possesses and maintains current BLS certification from AHA
- Must live on the islands
Responsibilities
- Assess and identify functional speech defects
- Provide physician-ordered treatment to patients in their home
- Develop and contribute to the patient Plan of Care
- Collaborate with physicians and care team to provide life-changing services
- Participate in interdisciplinary and in-service meetings
