Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for home health care staff and clients.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.

- Assist with front desk duties and provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or switchboard operator is mandatory.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possession of a PCA or CNA license is preferred.
- Experience in home health care is a plus.
