Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure the best care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate families on care plans and health management.
Requirements
- RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
