About The Position

Join our Home Health team as an RN Clinical Manager, where you will help lead and support department operations while promoting exceptional patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. Job Summary: The Home Health RN Clinical Manager partners with the Clinical Director of Home Health to provide leadership and oversight of department operations, including planning, organizing, and evaluating services. This role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient care while supporting staff development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The Home Health Clinical Manager serves as a key resource for the team and assumes leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Clinical Director of Home Health.

Requirements

  • Current state RN licensure in good standing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that promote effective communication with personnel, clients, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Five years of nursing experience, including at least two years in Home Care.
  • Previous nursing leadership or management experience.
  • Active participation in professional organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Home Health in providing clinical and administrative leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Support staffing functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and employee development.
  • Serve as a backup for clinical assessments, discharge planning, and on-call responsibilities.
  • Promote quality improvement through audits, data collection, care conferences, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of current nursing standards, home health regulations, policies, and software systems; provide staff education and support as needed.
  • Manage an RN case load, ensuring timely documentation, quality patient care, and compliance with department and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
