BrightStar Care of West Des Moines is seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Caregivers to provide essential care and support to clients in their homes. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing caregivers to work during evenings, days, or weekends. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse.
- Follow care plans and provide services according to the client's needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a compassionate and caring attitude.
- Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance.
