About the position

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of patient care functions under the supervision of a professional nurse.
- Provide care and support to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes.
- Assist patients with daily living activities to help them remain in their own homes.
Requirements
- Eligible to work as a nursing assistant at the affiliate and/or home health care agency as listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
