About The Position
Heath Village is a constantly growing and unique retirement community providing multiple levels of care for approximately 350 residents on a 100+ acre campus. We seek employees with diverse backgrounds, motivation, and experience or interest in working with the elderly. Many of our positions offer on-the-job training, and we promote from within. Requirements
- Must be certified in NJ
- Able to communicate clearly in English using written and verbal methods
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong bedside manner
- Ability to work as a valuable part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred
