About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to care for clients in their homes. The role involves providing essential care within the client's neighborhood, allowing for community contribution. BAYADA emphasizes valuing, respecting, and listening to its home care team members. Current per diem job openings are available in Lawrence, Methuen, Haverhill, Groveland, Andover, and surrounding towns.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License
- Reliable transportation as shifts include running errands/running to the grocery store, etc.
Responsibilities
- Activities of daily living
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
