About The Position

Requirements

- Must pass background checks.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a caregiving or home health setting is an asset, but NOT required.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help patients with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and ensure safety.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client health conditions.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisory staff.
- Support clients’ emotional and social well-being by engaging in conversation and activities.
