Responsibilities

- Provides triage and guidance to staff in handling any changes in the medical status of clients.
Requirements
- Graduation from a state approved school of nursing and holds a current license to practice in the State of Michigan.
- Two years nursing experience preferred.
- Experience working in a home care/residential environment.
- Specialized training or experience in rehabilitation, subacute, long term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
