About the position

As a Home Solution Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing real estate investment opportunities while providing tailored solutions for clients. This role emphasizes relationship-building with property owners and involves conducting property assessments, negotiating deals, and facilitating the acquisition process. It offers a dynamic work environment where you can significantly contribute to the company's growth and your own professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided call list or database.
  • Engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner, delivering a compelling sales pitch and addressing objections.
  • Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a network of property owners, brokers, and industry contacts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Conduct property assessments, including market analysis and due diligence in person within the area of Counties-Montgomery/Waller.
  • Schedule and attend in-person appointments for qualified leads and provide office services.
  • Maintain regular follow-up communication with potential customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and quotas set by the market.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to develop acquisition strategies.
  • Stay current on market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the acquisition process.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.
  • Experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and property assessments.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate space.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in real estate investment or property management.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market in Montgomery/Waller counties.
