About the position
The Key Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is responsible for ensuring a high-quality in-store experience for customers. This role involves acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Representatives and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. The Key Lead is a vital part of the store leadership team, focusing on enhancing customer experience and achieving daily sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all customers receive a quality in-store experience.
- Act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
- Drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
- Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness.
- Understand business operations and proactively think to improve them.
- Pay attention to detail in all aspects of store operations.
- Utilize register and point of sales systems effectively.
- Implement asset protection measures.
- Create and maintain visual displays in the store.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Ability to interact well with others and build relationships.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to stay updated.
- Outgoing personality with assertiveness.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle stress and maintain poise.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and applied learning skills.
