About the position

The Key Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is responsible for ensuring a high-quality in-store experience for customers. This role involves acting as a Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Representatives and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, focusing on driving store performance through customer experience and achieving daily sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customers receive a quality in-store experience.
• Act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience.
• Support team achievement of daily sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Utilize register and point of sales systems effectively.
• Implement asset protection measures.
• Oversee visual displays in the store.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to interact well with others and promote a positive environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and retail operations.
• Outgoing personality with assertiveness and adaptability.
• Ability to multi-task and manage stress effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles (not required).
• Knowledge of omni-channel services.
