About The Position
As a Stock Associate at Hollister Co., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness of merchandise flow, ensuring that presentation standards are met throughout the store and stockroom. This position is part-time, typically requiring you to work three to four shifts per week, with each shift lasting about four to five hours. However, the number of hours may vary depending on the time of year and the specific needs of the business. During peak holiday seasons, you may be expected to work more hours, including most Saturdays and some Sundays. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of store operations, including enhancing customer experience, maintaining store presentation, and managing stockroom activities. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and adhere to asset protection and shrink policies. Additionally, you will be involved in training and development initiatives to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
