Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
- Take pride in work and strive for excellence in performance.
- Foster teamwork by coaching and providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with clients.
- Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Ensure the store adheres to visual merchandising guidelines and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in the luxury market.
- Strong understanding of the TUMI brand and passion for the lifestyle and product assortment.
- Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift and push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds and use a ladder.
