About the position

Join a growing national advertising company here in the Metro Area! In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective and current customers, educate them on the company's services, and build and maintain customer relationships. You will also negotiate pricing for customers, ask questions to qualify additional leads for the sales team, and work with internal teams to answer specific customer questions.

Requirements

• 6+ months of call center experience
• 6+ months of MS Outlook experience
• 6+ months of sales experience in any industry
• Prior experience making outbound calls is preferred
