About the position

The Electronic Repair Technician at Ubreakifix is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service while diagnosing and repairing various electronic devices. The position requires a motivated team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating strong technical skills and a positive attitude. The technician will engage with customers, manage repairs, and contribute to sales through upselling accessories.

Responsibilities

• Repairing electronic devices including cell phones, iPads, computers, and game consoles.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries.
• Answering phone calls, texts, and leads related to electronic repairs.
• Upselling accessories to customers during the repair process.
• Organizing and keeping track of inventory.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and high engagement with customers and team members.
