About the position

The HHA/PCA position at Right at Home involves providing compassionate and dependable care to seniors in their homes. Responsibilities

• Prepare light meals and assist with eating.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide oversight and supervision to ensure client safety.
• Assist clients with daily living tasks to help them remain in their homes.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Engage clients in companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Must have reliable and consistent means of communication.
• Ability to pass a full employment background check.

Nice-to-haves

• HHA, CNA, or PCA license is preferred.
• 6 months of experience as a Personal Care Assistant in healthcare preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
