About The Position
Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day. We're hiring an HHA/Caregiver to support a client with Brain Injury (TBI) in Boxford, MA on day shifts (full- or part-time). Your work brings steady, respectful support that helps the client stay safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.
Requirements
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience (HHA/CNA/PCA/Caregiver)
- Brain Injury experience
Responsibilities
- Follow the care plan and provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (personal care, dressing, grooming, meals)
- Offer calm, supportive help with cognitive, behavioral, and emotional needs related to TBI
- Encourage independence while keeping a safe home environment
- Provide companionship, support community outings/appointments, and share observations with the care team
- Complete clear, timely documentation
