About the position
The position involves working collaboratively with other team members to complete various tasks related to mechanics. The role requires reporting to the foreman and superintendent, and adherence to safety protocols by wearing all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). The job may involve physical labor, including the use of a shovel and lifting heavy objects (more than 50 lbs). Candidates should be willing to work in varying climate conditions and must have dependable transportation to travel to and from work and job sites as needed. Responsibilities also include maintaining job sites in a clean and accessible manner, being open to training, evaluating and repairing broken equipment, completing equipment service, changing cutting edges and teeth, and keeping the shop and truck clean.
Responsibilities
- Work with other team members to complete tasks

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working in the field of mechanics
- Team player
- Valid driver's license, CDL preferred
- Drug-free
- Dependable transportation
- Self-motivated
- Own preferred tools
