As a Licensed Hearing Care Professional at Beltone, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of our patients by providing exceptional hearing healthcare experiences. You will be part of a collaborative work environment that prioritizes patient needs and empowers employees. Your responsibilities will include administering comprehensive hearing evaluations, making professional recommendations for rehabilitative services, and fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories. You will also engage in community outreach to build relationships with physicians for referrals and educate patients about hearing healthcare. Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to assure a successful patient journey.
- Passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
- Handle community outreach such as calling on physicians for referrals.

- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Requirements
- Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Florida OR AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Florida.
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
- Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
