The Healthcare Recruiter will manage a diverse daily workload across four key areas: Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings. This role involves reviewing and navigating the full onboarding workflow, developing deep familiarity with client-specific requirements and processes, and collaborating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone and email coverage and rapid response expectations. The recruiter will prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high-value candidate pipelines, leveraging multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates. Responsibilities include qualifying candidates for assignments based on education, credentials, availability, skills, experience, and overall job fit, as well as conducting consultative conversations with candidates to understand their current situation, career goals, availability, and assignment preferences. The role also supports incoming calls from healthcare staff and clients, manages personnel remotely, presents candidate information to Account Managers, and discusses and negotiates compensation to build competitive packages.
