The HSBO Director is a senior leader responsible for managing and integrating key business operations across Health Services, including revenue cycle, compliance, quality improvement, and data analytics. This role ensures alignment with organizational strategy, supports financial sustainability, and promotes high-quality care. The Director collaborates with executive leadership, oversees multiple departments, leads cross-functional initiatives, and drives innovation and operational excellence for both the Health Department and Community Health Centers. Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn Counties The Health Center opened as an FQHC in 2004 and is the medical home for nearly 10,000 patients.  It serves a patient population that is diverse in age, ethnicity, and socio-economic status.   The Health Center provides medical, dental, mental health and addiction services.  Services are culturally and linguistically appropriate. CHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.  A sliding fee scale is available for people without insurance. Model of Care The Health Center focuses on identifying barriers in accessing health care and reaches out to vulnerable populations.  The Health Center is committed to improving health outcomes through a medical home model with a strong focus on prevention and disease management.  The CHC is accredited by the Oregon Health Authority as a Patient Center Primary Care Home at the highest level (5 Star). The Health Center has implemented an innovative model of care that supports integration of primary care, mental health, oral health, and public health.

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field required. (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in financial operations, quality improvement, or revenue cycle management, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
  • FQHC experience preferred.
  • Hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
  • This position requires driving and may require use of a personal vehicle.

  • Proficiency in data analytics, electronic health record systems, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in revenue cycle management and compliance standards.

  • Annual salary range of:
  • $118,801 - $166,321
  • This position is eligible for up to two salary raises within your first year. An Increase may be given at the end of the 6-month probationary period and at the 1-year anniversary, as long as your performance is in good standing! Annual performance-based increases are given until the maximum of the salary range is reached.
