The HSBO Director is a senior leader responsible for managing and integrating key business operations across Health Services, including revenue cycle, compliance, quality improvement, and data analytics. This role ensures alignment with organizational strategy, supports financial sustainability, and promotes high-quality care. The Director collaborates with executive leadership, oversees multiple departments, leads cross-functional initiatives, and drives innovation and operational excellence for both the Health Department and Community Health Centers. Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn Counties The Health Center opened as an FQHC in 2004 and is the medical home for nearly 10,000 patients. It serves a patient population that is diverse in age, ethnicity, and socio-economic status. The Health Center provides medical, dental, mental health and addiction services. Services are culturally and linguistically appropriate. CHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. A sliding fee scale is available for people without insurance. Model of Care The Health Center focuses on identifying barriers in accessing health care and reaches out to vulnerable populations.
