Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent ad hoc and descriptive analyses while applying advanced predictive modeling techniques to extract meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
- Navigate tight timelines while ensuring that high-quality deliverables meet both technical and strategic expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to a team of data scientists, encouraging professional growth, problem-solving, and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize expertise in Microsoft Azure, SQL, and Databricks to design and optimize multi-source data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility.
Requirements
- 3-5 years direct experience driving data-driven insights and solutions
- Healthcare Data Expertise in Claims & Pharmacy
- Experience with data engineering and integration of multiple data sources
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks
- Proficient with SQL
- Proficient with Python
- Proficient modeling with healthcare data (e.g., Claims, Pharmacy)
Nice-to-haves
- Health-related or Computer science degree
