About the position
Lindsey Wilson College is seeking a Head Women's Flag Football Coach to lead and develop the women's flag football program. This full-time position involves directing all aspects of the program, including recruitment, coaching, and administrative duties, with the goal of building a competitive team within the NAIA and Mid-South Conference.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the planning, organizing, and coaching of the women's flag football program.
- Recruit and enroll student-athletes in accordance with college policy.
- Supervise coaching staff and conduct in-game coaching.
- Organize and conduct team practices.
- Manage team travel arrangements.
- Monitor student-athletes' academic and social progress.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and purchases.
- Manage the program's budget and fundraising efforts.
- Perform administrative duties to develop a nationally competitive program.
- Represent the athletic department at professional, civic, charity, and alumni events.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred.
