Join us as Head of Regional Marketing, North America The Head of Regional Marketing partners closely with a broad network of commercial, strategic, and operational stakeholders across Novonesis. This role works in close collaboration with Regional Sales Leaders to co‑develop growth plans, Business Finance to drive pricing alignment, BPUs to shape product portfolio decisions, and Product Development and Innovation teams to define and launch new offerings. Welcome to Human Health Biosolutions (HHB) Regional Marketing Team The Regional Marketing team within Human Health Biosolutions (HHB) plays a critical role in driving Novonesis’ commercial success across the region. The team contributes directly to the company’s purpose by shaping market strategy, enabling customer‑centric decisions, and supporting sustainable revenue growth across the value chain. The team collaborates closely with Regional Sales Leaders, Business Finance, BPUs, R&D and Product Development, Scientific Advisors, Customer Support, and Country Managers. Together, they deliver exceptional customer experiences, accelerate the adoption of innovation, and mature new growth opportunities. The environment is highly collaborative, fast‑moving, and driven by digital insights and strong cross‑functional alignment.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Experience in regional or global B2B marketing within technical or scientific product categories.
  • 8–12 years of experience in commercial or strategic marketing roles, including leading teams and driving regional growth strategies in complex, technical industries.
  • Strong capabilities in portfolio management, pricing, product launches, market segmentation, and growth planning.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Global Marketing.
  • Competency in data analytics, digital marketing tools, change management, innovation leadership, and customer‑centric strategy.
  • The ability to drive customer centricity and digital transformation through curiosity, innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, and data‑driven, collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Regional Marketing Managers, Business Developers, Regional Scientific Advisors, and Customer Support to develop and execute regional growth plans in close partnership with Sales Leaders.
  • Driving the annual pricing review process in collaboration with Business Finance.
  • Optimizing the regional product portfolio to improve top‑ and bottom‑line performance in close collaboration with BPUs.
  • Setting the annual regional market communications plan and prioritizing resources across industries.
  • Identifying and scaling new regional growth bets by prioritizing resources to mature high‑potential opportunities.
  • Driving regional innovation, new product launches, and marketing and sales enablement across customer segments to achieve growth targets.
  • Accelerating business development across segments and geographies through proactive sales growth, performance analysis, and delivery of sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
