As the Head of Global Payroll, you will provide strategic oversight to a large global customer-centric team in the delivery of Global Payroll, Time, & Attendance Services across the global markets. You will collaborate with other members of the HR Leadership to define and drive strategy in alignment with organizational goals & objectives. This critical leader will oversee end-to-end servicing for Global Payroll/Time & Attendance, including strategic vision and oversight for innovative payroll support and processes, multiple geographically dispersed payroll models, compliance, and controllership. This leader will analyze, set, and drive the overall strategy and roadmap for Global Payroll/Time & Attendance and foster relationships with various internal stakeholders through cross-functional collaboration in delivery of HR services. They will use operational experience and expertise, data-driven insights, and business acumen to identify the greatest areas of opportunity to elevate the employee experience.
