About The Position
Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT) is seeking a Head of Estates to lead their Estates and Facilities team. This role is crucial during a period of growth and the launch of the Strategic Plan 2026-2030. The Head of Estates will be responsible for maintaining and adapting facilities to support the college's mission of "Careers of Tomorrow," ensuring a safe, sustainable, and high-quality environment for students and staff. Applicants must have current authorization to work in the UK and will need to provide proof of qualifications before an interview.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Estates and Facilities team.
- Maintain and adapt college facilities to meet the needs of the "Careers of Tomorrow" mission.
- Ensure a safe, sustainable, and high-quality environment for students and staff.
