We're seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team to deliver a world-class product
• Continually improve the way the engineering team works, emphasizing incremental, high quality work
• Collaborate with product and design to ensure an excellent product experience
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on projects and improvements within engineering
• Ensure high quality technical decision-making within the organization
• Mentor and guide engineering managers to create high-performing teams
• Oversee the engineering process, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of our tech stack
• Model an inclusive, learning culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for technology and a desire to drive continuous improvement and innovation
